Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped, can track using the provided tracking number. 
• To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at [connect@raadwika.com] with your order details.
• Cancellations receive a credit note (valid 6 months).
• Clearance or heavy discount sale items are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.
