- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Timelines
- After we ship your item, our logistics partner typically delivers it in 2/3 days for metro areas
- For non-metro areas delivery happens in 5/7 days. However, there may be a delay in order delivery in the event of any unanticipated events or infrequent operating problems.
- Please use the information supplied via your registered email address to track your order.
4. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS provided by you within India.
- You can track your order on the courier partner’s website until it reaches your address.
5. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery at the provided address.
- If the package is undelivered due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
