At Raadwika Silks, every product is crafted with care and checked thoroughly before dispatch. We value our customers and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and cancellations are handled.

 1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligible Products: Returns/exchanges are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items delivered.
  • Non-Eligible Products: Products that are custom-stitched, altered, used, or purchased during a clearance/sale are not eligible for return.
  • Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • Request Timeline: Return/exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

 2. Return Process
